Thanks so much for being interested in being apart of our fabulous studio! Please read the short yet extremely simple steps for registering.

(The following steps are just there to help remind you to fill out both sections).

1. Click here for the registration form.
2. Click on File > Print in the upper left hand box of the webpage.
3. Click here for the waiver form.
4. Repeat Step 2 for that form.
5. Fill out each area legibly and carefully on the registration form.
6. On the waiver form, please read the statements carefully.
7. Once the forms are completed thoroughly, bring them with you on the next visit to the studio.
